We strive to ensure that all products reach you in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at hello@titreeplants.com to initiate a return authorization.
-Living Plants: Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges for these items. Once plants leave our care, environmental factors can affect their health, which is beyond our control.
-Pots and Accessories: Non-plant items, such as pots and accessories, are eligible for store credit upon return authorization if returned in their original condition and packaging.
-Shipping Accidents: Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss occurring during shipping. If your item was damaged in transit, please reach out directly to the carrier for assistance. We can provide you with tracking details or any other information needed for claims with the carrier.
-Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns for any authorized return of non-plant items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
